Police suspect the same guy, who
masked Obama, has conducted a series of similar attacks against the bank for two years.
He said bank employees threaten to use firearms, and shouted, "This is a robbery. Give me money."
That mugger - that seemed to say with the local dialect - initially fled on foot with money from the
