Researchers say that papaya leaf extract and papaya tea have cancer-fighting against various tumor dramatically, supported by the trust which took place in a number of folk traditions.
Researchers at the University of Florida Nam Dang and colleagues in Japan, in a report published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology, documented the anticancer effect of papaya from tumors of the breast, cervix, liver, lung and pancreas.
The researchers used the extract made from dried papaya leaves, and the effect is stronger when the cells received a larger dose of papaya leaf tea.
